When a woman loves and supports her man, he'll want to be close to her. Him being close to her involves cuddling and being around her.
All women can be sexual, but women are more sexual when they're mentally attracted and stimulated to the person they're sleeping with.
When a man cuddles with his woman, he loves her dearly and she usually has him.
My opinion women value cuddling more (well at least I do) and most men don't cuddle.

I agree TJ Jones. When a woman truly loves her man, she becomes more open. When a woman supports and loves her man, he'll be more into her.
