Are online social networks killing relationships?

  1. Yes at times it does. People tend to spend all their time on these sites, they forget about their partner.

  3. Online social networks are not killing relationships. People are killing relationships. People control what they do and what they say. No one else controls what a person does or says.

Online social networks just make cheating and other things that can ruin a relationship easily accessible due to the fact that people can meet and talk to people from all around the world easier in this day in age than two decades ago. One thing that people fail to realize is that flirting is a part of human nature, but it will only go so far until someone wants the other person to back up what they’ve been saying for days, weeks, or months. Flirting doesn’t last years without experiencing what two people have been flirting about all along.

Overall, people control their own actions, so social networks aren’t killing relationships, but due to its easy access to get on online social networks, people kill relationships.
