There are different kinds of cheaters, the cheater who has a terminal disease, meaning they will cheat till their last breath, the oops I made a mistake cheater, the one who learned their lesson and realized cheating is not for them and then the I'm gonna cheat until I find the right one cause... you just never know...the answer is no, once a cheater doesn't mean your a cheater forever - Sosa
Yes a cheater can change if he or she wants to. I used to be cheater but I stop, but on that same note the average cheater will keep cheating. I stop cheating cause I saw the pain I cause and never wanted to hurt another person like that again. I knew it was wrong and was remorseful.
Yes, I beleive so. Just because a person cheated once in their life doesn't mean they will again. The person could have been young and immature.

Don't get me wrong, there are people who cheat and will always cheat, but there are those who learn their lesson the first time around.
I think once you find the right person, you will not think about cheating on them because you would never want to do anything that could hurt them.
