Crime of Passion

There's a law called the "Crime of Passion". It's when a person immediately, without the thought of premeditation, sees their "beloved" partner having sexual intercourse with someone else and shoots or stabs one or both of them causing murder or attempted murder. In court, people can plea "Crime of Passion" and if evidence is in their favor, they can walk away a free person. Do you believe in the "Crime of Passion"?

  1. YES. I AGREE. A PERSONS HEART CAN DROP AND HAVE NO CONTROL OF THEIR EMOTIONS. LOVE IS A DANGEROUS GAME. ALTHOUGH I AGREE WITH IT, I WOULD NEVER SHOOT OR STAB MY HUSBAND OR THE WOMAN HE'S SLEEPING WITH BECAUSE I DON'T WANT OUR CHILDREN WITHOUT BOTH OF THEIR PARENTS.

  2. No. I don't agree with the crime of passion law. I have a friend who shot her boyfriend and now she's serving time. She tried to plea crime of passion, but she fought the girl a week earlier. Using the crime of passion law is not easy.

  3. I personally do not believe in the "Crime of Passion" law, because I will always love myself more than my partner, but I do understand why someone would agree with the "Crime of Passion" law.

A persons heart can only take so much and to actually see their partner sexually active with someone else can definitely make a sane person go insane.

I completely agree with "Sharon" that a persons heart can drop after seeing their partner sleeping with someone else causing them to lose all control of their feelings an behave out of fashion.
