No, you should never change your physical appearance for someone else. Plastic surgery is not a game, you can die from it.
If you feel the same way as your partner, then by all means go for it. Do not let anyone force you to do it because you are afraid they will leave you. The person meet you when you didnt have these added bonuses so they should love you either way.
A person should NEVER get plastic surgery because their partner asked them to do so.
A person that asks their partner to get plastic surgery is shallow UNLESS it’s for health reasons, but then again, a person would know what’s best for them.
A person that would want their partner to get plastic surgery would have trouble in finding someone they’re completely attracted to physically because as a person ages so does their looks. Physical attraction doesn't make a relationship successful either. In some cases, it can make a relationship difficult.
